The "Mountains of Forgetfulness" were rebranded as the vaguely holy "Organ Mountains" by the devout Castilian missionaries but the mountains never forgot the unsolved murders, resident hermits, tuberculosis hospice, and malignant gold that once filled their veins before their long dormancy began.
